Healing Services
Healing Services are special worship events scheduled quarterly on Sunday evenings, designed to address the need for all types of healing. See events calendar for the next service. Individuals facing surgery or illness may also request individual services of prayer and anointing for healing.
Addiction and Recovery
Celebrate Recovery: a Christ-centered program combining group worship, teaching and group sharing for any type of addiction, hurt or hang-up. To view the Celebrate Recovery brochure, click here.
Marriage/Divorce Issues
DivorceSHARE: an open group meeting on Tuesday nights that allows those who are in the divorce process or who have recently become divorced to express your feelings, knowing that there are others in the group who have experienced some of the same emotions. See Connections for details.
DivorceCare: a 13-week structured group giving you support and guidance as you work through the problems, pains and pressures surrounding divorce.
Frazer’s Counseling Clinic offers professional individual and family counseling.
Grief
Grief Support Groups: Open ended group meets every Tuesday evening for those who have recently experienced a loss or who have unreconciled grief. Explores the stages of grief, its emotional storms, and ways of healing and dealing with loss. See Connections for details.
Stephen Ministers can provide long-term support during the grief process
Health + Weight Control
First Place 4 Health: a Christ centered health program for men and women of all ages providing a biblical approach to weight management by addressing the spiritual and emotional as well as physical dimensions of health. See Connections for details.
Long-term Illness + Disability
Support Groups: are offered for those affected by Breast Cancer, MDA/ALS, Sjogren’s, and Alzheimer’s, with opportunities to share experiences and receive encouragement from those who are going through similar journeys. See Connections for current schedule.
Dementia Daycare: provides a time of respite for the caregiver of a family member who is suffering from Alzheimer’s or Dementia. We provide a loving, safe place for individuals to come and enjoy a time of fellowship and appropriate group activities. Free of charge and open to the community. Handicapable Ministry: provides mentors to assist physically challenged persons to better use their gifts and abilities as servants for Christ.
Stephen Ministers can provide long-term, confidential support to those facing life crisis.
Visitation
Home Visitation: our LifeCare team regularly visits members who are living in nursing or assisted living facilities, or who are unable to leave home.
Flower Ministry: arranges flowers used in worship into bouquets for delivery to homebound members.
P.A.W.S: Pets Are Working Saints, enabling animal lovers to partner with their pets to give love to others.
Hospital Visitation: our LifeCare team visits members before surgery or in the hospital daily. Let us know if you or a loved one is hospitalized or scheduled for surgery.
Hospital Recovery: Volunteers follow up by phone to offer continued support to those who have been hospitalized until they are well enough to return to church.
Casserole Ministry: delivers meals to members during times of illness or family crisis.
