Hospital-to-the-Pew Ministry

The short duration of hospital stays creates a need for follow-up care. The Hospital-to-the-Pew Ministry helps fulfill that need. It extends our ministry beyond the hospital, providing care from the time the member returns home until he/she returns to church. This is done primarily through telecaring, making phone calls once per week following hospitalization.
