WFRZ was orignally brought on the air by Frazer UMC and continues to be supported by Frazer, but we see our purpose as being a community minded Christian station that is out in the community participating. You may have seen inbetween your favorite programs some of the 90 second programs that we air that spotlight a ministry, or a local non-profit.

S.T.E.P. Program - The S.T.E.P. Program is a local non profit that reaches people where they are and helps to elevate them through intervention and/or training. They have programs that concern violence prevention, introduction to the arts, and after school tutoring.
Life South Community Blood Bank - Life South provides nearly 100% of the blood to the Montgomery area hospitals and every time someone donates to them, that blood stays here in the River Region.
727 Men's Bible Study - This Men's Bible Study that meets at 6:30 am every Friday at the Golden Corral is a non-denominational Bible Study. There is always free food and coffee and a lot of fellowship. At 7:27 the bell rings for dismissal so that you know you won't be late for work.
